    At VoltaSchutz GmbH, we are dedicated to protecting lives and ensuring workplace safety through premium rubber products, including IEC 61111-compliant electrical insulation mats. Since 2014, we have been serving industries worldwide with reliable, high-quality solutions. We are now looking for a well-organised and proactive Office Manager to support our daily operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows.<\/p>\n

    Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring an organised and efficient workplace.<\/li>\n
    • Oversee administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and document management.<\/li>\n
    • Support the management team in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events.<\/li>\n
    • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external partners.<\/li>\n
    • Assist in HR-related tasks, including maintaining personnel records and coordinating recruitment activities.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement processes.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant legal requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Your Profile
      \nRequired:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.<\/li>\n
      • Strong communication abilities in English (German is a plus).<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preferred:<\/p>\n

        • Experience in an international or industrial company.<\/li>\n
        • Basic knowledge of HR or accounting processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
